Dr. Samia Suliman (USA)

Born to the late Lawyer Ahmed Suliman, and homemaker Naima Babiker Elrayah. My father served as Sudan Ambassador to former-USSR, UK, UN, and USA; while my mother was active in the women movement, and with Ustaza Fatima Ahmed Ibrahim was one of the two first woman in the Arab-world to be members of the executive council of a political party. Current occupation is teaching engineering mechanics classes to world premier Penn State students, with interest in semiconductor device physics. On the domestic front I am a mother of three US-citizen engineers, and wife of Prof. Osama Awadelakarim.
