A result focused and global oriented humanist, educator and activist with passions for youth development, women empowerment, labour solidarity, common good , social justice, good governance, peace and stability. My areas of interests are Industrial Relations and Labour- Management Cooperation, Mediation and Workplace Conflict Management, National Labor Legislations and Workplace Policy Analysis, Trade Union Development and Workers Welfare, Gender and Women in Employment and Local Development. Iam presently a chief training and manpower development officer with Michael Imoudu National Institute for Labour Studies ,a tripartite national labour research and training institution in Ilorin, Nigeria My key goals entail working towards creating just, fair and equitable workplaces, promoting the rights of the tripartite parties and facilitating partnerships between employers, workers and governments for the actualization of goals that can enhance national socio-political and economic development.
