Kawthar obtained an MBA in HR Management and BSc in Philosophy from Neelein University. She has 12 years experience across different organizations. Managed and ran the first career fair in Sudan in 2009. Currently board member of The Sudanese HR Management Society, and HR Manager at Algam pharmaceutical company.
