Obtained my masters degree in food safety with a certification in international food law from Michigan State University. Passionate about food safety and security. A constant learner and knowledge seeker . A true believer in diversity and multiculturalism. MSc Food Safety and certification in international food safety. Hisham born and raised in Sudan, Africa. He then moved to North America 18 years ago. A husband and a proud father of four wonderful children. Enjoy  music, cooking , and DIY projects.
