My experience over 25 impact evaluation and micro macroeconomic policy & capacity research, sectoral management and M&E of Green Economy in Africa, Central Asia and Mideast. I have been working as a key expert for main stakeholders as TL for Policies and Capacity Development Programme concerned with eradicating extreme hunger and poverty including State Governments, INGOs, WFP, EU, AU, USAID, GIZ and the WB projects in managing and monitoring food and agricultural markets and rural business in conflict crisis countries in Africa, Afghanistan and Iraq. Currently, I am doing a functional review for Somaliland MoA and before for WB/GIZ Afghanistan project as a short-term Key Expert for Agriculture and Rural Statistics, trying to quantify agricultural and environmental core indicators to add to Afghanistan National Accounts & Business Investment towards the green economy. During 2012-13, I have worked in Iraq & Kurdistan as a core staff M&E Specialist for HSAD.
