Senior Lecturer at the University of Limpopo. An Agricultural/Development Economist with teaching and research experience in welfare analysis, development policy, gender studies and social protection issues. Isaac is a well-travelled person and awardee of a number of grants/fellowships (academic and research) both locally and internationally. He has conducted researches and published a number of articles on climate change issues, poverty studies, food security, vulnerability and risk. His current research interests span through financial inclusion, climate change, rural and urban livelihood activities and social protection issues.
